Events
Create each race once. Keep names plain and specific so volunteers can recognise them quickly on race day.
Teams
Add every team and roster member here before opening entries. Ages and categories will then be checked automatically.
Entries
Use the grid to enter teams into events. When the table is locked, each entered cell becomes a simple crew-edit button.
Plain-language help for entries
Tick a box to say a team is racing in that event. Lock the table when entries are final, then use the crew button to choose the young people or adults in the boat.
Tick entries while the table is unlocked. Lock the table to switch entered cells into crew-edit buttons.
Draw
View and regenerate race draws for each event. Heats show how entries are distributed across races.
Schedule
Build and tidy the race order here. This is also where race-day result entry happens.
Plain-language help for schedule terms
